DM vs Facebook Final Expense Leads

This presumes the lead buyers know how to work the leads . . . especially FB and other internet leads.

You have to get a hold of fb leads quickly.

Dm has a much longer shelf life. They actually did something. They got the card, read it, through it on the coffee table, read it again, filled out and threw it in the mailbox.

With Facebook, they were scrolling looking at grandkids pics and got stopped by an ad. It most likely auto filled their info wirh the click of a button and then they were on to the next thing.

But if you can get a hold of them within 30 seconds, the closing % is much better.

Having an A.I. Appointment setter reaching out to them helps too ;)

Agents can develop their own Fb leads for 1/3 of the cost of direct mail.

So even if the closing ratio is half, you still come out ahead.

I get the time argument. But an automation/A.I. Powered CRM solves that problem.

Good info. But be careful as JD will accuse you of spamming.

Yes you were. It's more spam. No one said they couldn't sell TV leads. You posted it to answer a question not asked nor to a statement made.

That is spam.

If you say the TV leads were the worse leads you ever worked....then that means you can't sell them. You may sell a few, but not nearly as much as you should.

That's because replacing on the phone is way more difficult than face to face. With TV leads you have to close the deal, not replace the deal.

Wrong again. I said I sold quite a bit on TV leads. But I sell more with DM leads. But your ignorance of the business is telling everytime you post.

You can't sell any kind of lead. That's why you recruit 24/7. Trying to find someone that can sell for you.

But let's just take my day today. One home I wrote 5 applications for $520/mo total. None of them replacements. So according to the SL mantra it took special sales skills to close those. Well, no it didn't.

Actually replacing is harder because you have to know what you are doing in order to recommend replacement. You have to the inside out of their current coverage and be able to explain it to them and the difference in what being offered to replace it and why.

You can't replace not because you are terrible on the phone, it's because you cannot offer a better deal since your company is one of the most over priced out there.

So spin away. Even though I wouldn't mind if you stopped spinning sometimes. Since I'm living rent free in your head it gets hard hard to keep things on the table with your constant spinning.

And that one home was not my only sales of the day. Wrote 2 more applications today too. Also not replacements. But that doesn't fit your mantra so you can ignore that one too.
