So, Lisa is out of the office today. I hate to leave the office empty on a Friday, but I had an appointment in another town with a T65 that doesn't drive. It was raining buckets and thundering like crazy.
Cancel the appointment.... that's my thinking.
Na... lets go. It's raining... no body will come in.
So I go on the appointment do the presentation, get things sewed up... the phone rings. It's other folks that were in my office yesterday (they refered me to this T65'r) going over the plan N. I have the wife as a client, but due to his COPD I couldn't get him yet. Well they decided to go ahead and do the plan N for both so I go over and gain one new client.
I'm about to leave and she asked if I'm in a hurry to get back to the office. No.. says I. She called some other guy, he says for me to come on down, I go present MOO's plan N at $95/mo to a Humana plan F at $204/mo... I know... it wasn't fair. Another new client.
Get out there and do what you don't want to when you don't want to do it. It pays.
