Does Anybody Know of a Good "list" Company?

Do you work for them?

If yes, than you should have stated that in your previous post. Please disclose now.

If no, then who do you recommend in talking to over there?

Frank, why is a list with an age range useless? Don't you ask them for their age when you quote them? Or do you trust that the age listed on the list is accurate?

If all I have is an age range then I can't tell them exactly what a policy is going to cost if they take one with me. I want to sound as knowledgeable as possible when I make the initial contact. If I have to ask their age they may not want to tell me. That breaks the rhythm of the phone call and would create an awkward situation that could be difficult to deal with.

I have designed my phone presentation to take less than 60 seconds to get all the information I need to determine if I want to continue with the phone call.

I have been getting my lists from Lead Concepts for several years and have found them to be extremely accurate. They are probably the most expensive though. However, it isn't an expense, it is an investment in my business.

I never look for the cheapest thing, I look for the best.

I just used Acxiom for my list, gives age, income range, address, phone, etc for a really good price about 1/3 lead concepts price, however I am not sure on their accuracy yet. I would check them out.

I just went to their web site and got lost trying to find where to get data. Did you call them or go to their site. If you went to their site, can you point us where to go once there?

I left Knowledgebase Marketing over eight years ago and would not be able to refer you to a specific individual. They have an inbound sales team dedicated to working with small businesses.

Does anyone have a phone script for t65? I have had no luck most have no idea what they are going to do. Some will have a employer paid plan. I am having trouble screening them during the initial call. The few that have agreeded to the appt just want to look the information over.

I have tried marketing to T65 numerous times since I have been an agent. Each time I have, I swore that I would never do it again. So far I still haven't "fallen off the wagon".

You will wear yourself slick trying to sell Med Supps to people T65.

It is so much easier and more productive to market Med Supps to those who already have a Med Supp. I target people between the ages of 67 and 78.

If you would like to give me a call I can explain in detail why I no longer target T65's.
