Moonlight its all in who is determining lthe term liberal...in this case the FMO, does that stand for F**k ME Over, its just like the MA agents having CMS at the last second redifining new to MA to include previous Part D plan users...Which is why your request in writing up front is very important....

I am glad to see that you were intelligent enough to ask for it on the front end.

I prefer to speak with agents that ask me that in the beginning, because it tells me that they are experienced, and that I will not be asked questions like

"Can you tell me the difference between a term and a UL policy?"

I actually had one guy who asked me this very question and said that he was testing MY insurance knowledge........LOL
