Drag and Drop Emails

On a new contract I have been asked to evaluate drag and drop capabilities of cloud based systems. I know it works well on in-house systems but does anyone have any feel for the ability on web/cloud based systems? I heard from a very reliable source that it doesn't work on any system (which would seem strange since a lot of vendors advertise that they have it!)

Anyway any feedback would be appreciated!

Sorry - I am talking about the ability to drag and drop an email into the customer file for E&O purposes - can't change anything etc. Of course you could always cut and paste but in that scenario I could add text that wasn't part of the original email - and it is cumbersome as hell.

Take a look at Cloudia Assistant CRM. It will monitor email accounts automatically and attach the email from the customer to their lead communications history without doing anything.

Cloudia Assistant blows. It's terrible.

But please keep posting. I can keep this up forever.
