FL, We do the exact same, get the quote pumped out, if there interested, then complete the RCE with them. If their not, you saved time. We use similar figures as you. 100-110 per square foot depending on where it is etc. We are almost always a little bit higher, but not by much. Those that are not in Florida, do not realize that thats what it cost to rebuild a home here. I know several contractors and they say they can build homes for around 50-65 per square foot (obviously reconstruction is higher than construction), so we aren't far off.
