Tough Meeting at first. The employees were pissed off about plan design changes. They were happy about a reduction in premium and DM tools that are available to them.
They were also happy to have someone good to explain benefits and how claims work.
Donuts went over OK. At 5:00am there are not a lot of bakeries open. So I bought 1 day gas station donuts.
One of my new rules for myself is to meet with all groups and perform employee meeting.
