Can someone suggest the best people to sign up under with EFES? I have contacted one and gotten no response so I would appreciate a couple of names, I am in the South.

There are only 3 regional directors, Shannon Davey, Joe Ciaccio and Travis Tubbs.

Everyone at EFES is under one of these 3. They also each have a designated territory so you can'r just pick and chose which one you are under unless you are in an undesiganted area.

All are damn fine people and managers. I'm partial to Travis but you can't go wrong with any of them.

The main thing is to not many uplines between you and the RD. However, if you need a lot of training and support it might be better to be under one of their agency managers.

Choose the best fit but ask lots of questions. Do not speak just to Jared or Danny in his office - if you don't talk to Shannon after your contact with Jared you probably won't talk to him much after contracting with him. Just my opinion and experience.

I am a new agent under Shannon Davey and have been in contact with him on a consistent basis. He always returns my calls EVERYTIME!! I would recommend him based on personal experience. JD and others speak highly of Travis also.

Don't be afraid of getting contracted at a lower rate (80% to 90%) upfront in exchange for the ironclad promise of on-going, face-to-face, and over-the-phone training with a veteran.
