Big difference between the two..BRM's are gold, You take a copy of that to the door and you'll get a much favorable response than trying to convince a 70' year old man he did in fact talk to your representative-- Tele leads ya gotta move fast on them.. You're dealing with seniors.. most don't even remember talking to anybody 3 hours ago much less a day or 2 ago- If you're out running leads and your tele leads are coming to your e-mail... every minute you wait your sales % drops

I've user DIG leads and find I close them right around 20% on average. That's better than I did with LH mailers!

By the way, I am happily married and 33 years old. I'm still sorry to hear that you have to put so many hours in to try and keep your business afloat. I worked maybe 30 hours this week and made enough to buy a new office!
