Email Encryption Services?

What is a good cost effective email encryption services?

I am currently paying way more than I want to for this

I currently use share file over 1 K per year I hardly use it but one FMO requires protected spreadsheets on missing commissions which I use maybe 4 or 5 times a year

Note: I haven't used either, but gmail is Hipaa compliant if you sign up for that part of it. You have to have a GSuite account, but that isn't a big deal.
