Enhanced Jane Leads.....

Best post I've seen. If someone is listening to the recordings they will be working at Wal Mart in 3 months. Get the lead, set apt, make the sale!

I been a independent insurance broker for 15 years and write close to 100k a year in premium consistently, but thanks the Wal Mart crack anyways.. I listen to the leads to make sure they're not duds- find out whom is looking and what amount.. it makes my initial call easier as I'm informed what the client is looking for, but if you have anymore seasoned tips for me I'd sure appreciate anything you can do to help me close more...

Lol, that was my thoughts ---------- From a guy who's sold a ton off of TM leads... I think it's a bad idea to listen to them. No matter how hard you try not to let it affect your mindset...it will. Just dial for appts...imho

That's right. I've done so much better since I stopped listening to them. I know my appointment setters don't listen to them.

I know you're seasoned and it wasn't directed towards you. Recordings are great for seeing if a refund is possible on a lead. I just don't listen before I call.

For instance I've heard of an agent that looks at his Apts houses with Google Street to get an idea of who he is dealing with beforehand. My response was why look it up? You're going to go to it anyways right?

When I did listen to the recordings it caused me to pre judge. That's all

Hmm.. Just set an appointment for Friday with a 70 year old that wants to replace his AARP. ( a referral from another agent).. Seldom quote on the phone but made an exception... $179.00 per month.. He said, "OK". Checked Google Maps to get directions and of course I had to take a peek to see what the house looks like. Blue collar middle class neighborhood.. 130K-150K homes... Them's my kind of FE people! :twitchy:
