Ethical FMO

Awesome, what will you do next? Maybe a thread titled

Okay I'm promoting something, but I'm admitting it, please read . . .

No, that would be YOUR style.

Whats wrong with Rob giving a post called "kudos to my team" ...

to time and knowing that he has respect for our success is part of the reason people choose to join his organization instead of some other "take a number" type opportunities.

What's wrong with you defending Rob without pointing out that you basically work for him? Thanks for the honestly. Must come from the top.

That is true, leadership comes from the top, and will gravitate like minded individuals towards it.

Imagine what ILIAA would attract if you displayed ethics, character and caring for others, rather than misery, arrogance and tactlessness? Thank goodness for Nick or you'd have 10 agents instead of 100. Smart move, I'll give you that.

PS: I think most people can read, just as you did, that Ryan's company is a division of Integrity First, he's not hiding it. How is that dishonest in any way? Or are you just desperately trying to make some point or character attack?

I'd love to continue to play but I have an agency to run, a successful one where my agents rock, wanna join? Oh wait, I didn't say I was promoting, my bad.

:twitchy:

You also need to make up your mind, you said I don't admit to promoting yet you say admitting would be my style ( Okay I'm promoting something, but I'm admitting it, please read . . .) anything to make your point huh? Maybe you should go into politics.

No, that would be YOUR style.

Ryan is averaging over $20K a month in premium submitted while managing and maintaining a team of agents underneath him, and it's only just begun, I think his ears are dry enough.

You see there's a myth that is promulgated frequently in this industry/forum:

"you need years of experience to succeed"

Actually what's true is that you need years of experience to be accepted on this forum, and it seems most aren't really that successful, so who really cares?

I think he should wait until he's dry behind the ears...
;)

We'll see. The proof of the puddin' is in the eatin' (as they say). In nineteen years in this business, if I had a dime for every time I've heard this, I would be living a quiet life in Fiji...

Shortsighted. For every Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and Eric Clapton, there's a Dexy's Midnight Runners. A month/quarter/year? No big deal, jillions have done it. Stay on top twenty or thirty years? That's a big deal - the test of time is the sternest test of all!

Since you've always been so free with the psychological advice, let me return the favor. You keep responding to it, so YOU must care. Why are you so insecure?

No, for every Eric Clapton there's 1,000 Dexy's Midnight Runners and for every 1 Dexy's Midnight Runners that 10,000 who never get out of playing dive clubs for $100.

And it's not what you write but what's left after 12 months that matters. Ask HBD, they'll tell you all about how to submit MILLIONS yet still go under.

Was Aersosmith not a young band at one time? Look at all the bands you listed and see the qualities they all share.

Now I'm a bit young to know the other one hit wonders that you described but I do know this and I'm sure you all would agree.

To be successful over time one must have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn from mistakes, be talented, and have an open mind.

This is a short list of what you need for the long run, but most people simply don't possess the right qualities. If we were all above average performers than we would all just be average.

Back to work agents to help and sales to make. But thanks for comparing me to the next Aerosmith of Insurance (Minus the drug abuse and umm...whatever else they did in the years before I was born)

Because you are talented and work hard also doesn't hold any promises. The list is far too long to rattle off the list of talented, hard-working bands that hung in there for years and years yet never made it big.

But we are still talking about people busting their humps and doing what it takes - not insurance agents working from home playing Xbox and surfing porn all day with $153" left in their checking account talking about how hard it is to sell.

That was the most insightful posting I ever had the opportunity of reading. It's rather obvious that those are not the qualities of a successful agent.

It's also rather obvious, when you speak about whether or not I'll be successful in insurance based on my time in the biz as the sole factor that you are:
1. Uninformed
2. Intimidated by successful newer agents
3. Bothered by the value I have
4. Make a lot of hasty remarks to discredit people because they aren't in your club and don't support the GA that you make money supporting and recruiting people too
