Anyone else get burned by the growing experiences/misinformation on Missouri anniversary rule?
They are letting clients go F to G without underwriting as of 1-1-18 and they give a liberal window to do so.... like 60 days left and right of the original effective date, with a signature date of 30 days from eff date. The problem is that for 12-1 plan F effective dates they refuse to issue a 2-1 issue date even though they said all through AEP they would allow this.
Now I gotta call 20 clients with the bad news that they are stuck or have to try and go thru U/W
