Exercise and Sleep

Exercising is the best way to keep body healthy and fit. I like to exercise a lot. Cardio exercise like cycling.running, swimming are my favourite exercise. It is the best way to keep body healthy. A sleep of 7-8 hours is very necessary . It is good for the body and for health. Exercise helps in building strong bones and muscle ,it improves body function.
 
I have a great diet I've been able to live with for years.
I call it 2 hours on, 2 hours off.
When I wake up I can eat all I want but only for 2 hours.
Then I fast for 2 hours and then I can eat all I want again for 2 hours.
It works for me.
 
not sure what the point was of making this comment on a year old thread jerry, everyone knows that, gettin us to do it is a comepletely different thing! LOL
