Exercise and Sleep

I'm doing this for us honey.....some guy on the internet said that it would help me make more money at work!
 
I want to talk about something that can affect your business and your sales.

Don’t forget to take care of yourself. I went on a sales appointment with another agent the other day and he was just almost out of it. After we left the house, I questioned what was wrong with him. He said he was not getting much sleep at night and was really stress out. He just didn’t have any energy on this appointment.

My old sales manager use to make us Exercise at least an hour a day. He was like a drill sergeant.


Your general health and well being affects sales.

Exercise, get plenty of sleep, eat right, and take care of yourself.

Don’t go on an appointment with little to no sleep, or in a bad mood.

I do wonder what percent of agents exercise and get at least 7 hour of sleep a night.

Do you exercise and how many hours a night of sleep do you get?
I play racquetball three times a week for three hours a day, I play CF in an amateur baseball league every Saturday morning from about 8:30 until 12ish, and I jog/walk in the sand every morning as the sun rises.

I sleep around 5 hours a night and catch a 30-60 minute nap around 2:30.

Healthy body, healthy mind. Bobby Fischer taught me that.
