Exercise and Sleep

I'm a gym rat. Always have been and hope to always be one. I'd be in the gym 10 hours a day if I didn't have other commitments.

If there is no YMCA in heaven, I'll go to the other place. At least I know they have a sauna.

I get a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise 6 or 7 days a week, I swim, bike, run, lift and play basketball. Today I biked to the gym (15 minutes), swam a half mile and biked back. I eat a vegan diet.

I'm stronger, have more endurance and have a better 3 point shot than I did when I was 30 (19 years ago), but I'm not quite as fast.

I don't always get enough sleep. Sometimes I get an idea into my head and just keep working until finish the project or I can't keep my eyes open.:SLEEP:
