F2F Direct Mail Close %

What are the chances one can be successful with telesales within a 70 miles radius? You need multiple states to get enough leads to make it. Telesales is lead intensive as closing ratios lower.

Well, those cases you probably not going to be writing F2F any way so you are getting business would not get F2F. It would seem that would balance out any higher lapse ratio. But what do I know? I hate the telephone...

Bottom line Greg . If tv lead clients fill nothing else out it might stick . If their filling multiple dm cards out in the futures 50/50 chance it's replaced . Playing the in the area local agent is powerful .

That begs the question......how much FE tele-sales experience do u have? Better yet, how many FE tele-sales apps have you written, so you can see the law of large numbers?

I think replacements seem like a lot of our business but on the grand scheme of things are inconsequential in the big picture of these insurance companies.

I'll agree with that . It takes skill, knowledge and confidence to replace . Many agents lack that . As others have said if tons of stuff being replaced then Lincoln and Senior life wouldn't exist . It seems both doing pretty well .

My personal experience must be different. I have seen many replacements that were just stupid. From simple FE to 6 figure Life and Annuities. And on the FE side you are not typically dealing with the most financially sophisticated clients. Also they have to be the most trusting group of people.
