What's the big deal. If people want to know anything about FFL there is more than enough content on You Tube. Many companies/organizations have much less online information open to the public.

As for having issues with recruiters that should make anyone do their own personal due diligence and make a business decision.

Something I have come to understand. Many companies will get blasted in public forum but they still bring in new agents and keep on selling.

Yes I heard it. I think he could have expressed his thought another way. It sounds like he is talking about men who lack a mindset of being a provider and protector. Next is their mindset of only caring about themselves.

The two words "Like women" is what throws the thought process wayyyyyy out in left field. I guess he could have said rather than man up they ..........

I'm mad at you for running the Elias Ahmad guy off before I could see how much spinning he could do without getting vertigo in answering my question about 'no contracts.'

It's weird though, man. If you look at the 1:07 mark of this video, it says right there in writing that there's no contracts signed. Then at the very end of the presentation at 21:56, they literally mention sending you the contracting paperwork to get started!

I just told my friend there who is considering picking up his Prosperity FE contract through them that he should be at least 110%, if not higher. His reply, "We have the highest comp with Prosperity."

It's like a cult, dude. Once you're in...

I started to like FFL. Compared to Primerica recruiting, they provide much more entertainment value to professionals in this business. I believe soon FFL will claim they insure the Queen of England and the pope in their recruiting.

Who is this absolute f&ck!ng moron in this FFL training video??? Is this clown sniffing glue?? Is he completely unaware of the fact that this video will get disseminated everywhere because ITS THE INTERNET and drag FFL through the mud?!?! How can you be a leader and a sales trainer within a multi million dollar IMO and literally say that men who don't buy enough life insurance to protect their family are acting like women??? Basically overtly making it clear that women are known to be self centered and disinterested in protecting their families but men are not and therefore should be held to a higher standard! Wow! This speaks volumes about you sir. Clearly you have problems with women. What a disgusting organization and disturbing point of view. Some people (ie.. sales managers/salespeople)are that clueless and stupid. Once not that long ago, a salesman from the local talk financial news radio station came unannounced and uninvited to my office to sell radio advertising. I gave him five minutes and took his rate sheet and told him I would think about it. He said what is there to think about? I told him I was going to discuss it with my wife. The radio sales guy then looked at me squarely and said "What kind of man needs a woman's permission to grow his own business?" I said please repeat and he did. I then told him if he ever returned to my office, I would personally escort him outside.
That being said, this FMO/IMO has a niche agent ( low education, low information, lack of formal sales training, a lack of appropriate social discourse and communication skills) and is becoming the new AL Williams 3 ring shit show. As they say, this too will pass.

That seems completely irrelevant. The conversation isn't about sales prowess or accomplishment and nobody was blasting any company...just the horses ass who made himself the butt of the joke here. In terms of chauvinist scumbags like the one we find in this recording there really isn't too much any of these companies can do because of the fact that every person there is an independent contractor. However, I am going to assume that the males at the helm of these companies do in fact have a mother, a wife, a sister, they might even have a daughter. I am also going to go out on a limb here and assume they care how they are perceived by the public which is why entities like Reputation Defender have such a viable business model. Ergo, they should be careful what they allow published in the training videos that are shown to all their male and female recruits and eventually get disseminated on the internet to the wider public.
