Are there any Farm Bureau agents or previous Farm Bureau agents that use this forum?

I was hoping you could tell me what their requirments are per month. How many life policies do you have to write, how many property, auto, ect...

Also, what happens if you fall short of these said requirements? Will they terminate your postion or what?

In your opinion is this a good company to work for and why or why not?
