FE lead appointment setting phone script

Hey, here's an idea. Why not just post the script on this thread? It will cut down on space and help a lot of us out and stop the herd.

Hi everyone! I'm new to the forum. I have been using auto dialer leads for 3 yrs. (FE only) full-time as this is the only product I sell. I also write $10k-$12k per month on ave. (all on the phone with a digital recorder, never even see the prospect) so I have plenty of experience on this product and this type of lead and using the phone for selling FE. (Full-time means 30-40 hrs. per week). I also have a small team of agents doing the exact same thing. My 45 sec. recorded script on the dialer says "to qualify for this FE you must be a US citizen and have a checking or savings account". along with the other verbage about the high cost of funerals,etc.,etc. If a person presses 1 and leaves a message that is a lead (paid lead). If a person presses 1 and doesn't say anything that is a FREE lead. And if a person presses 1 and curses or complains about being called that is NOT a lead. We can dial anywhere from 10 calls per minute to over 1000 calls per minute. We can also dial in most of the states (a few states u can only dial in if u r a politician or charitable group so thoses states are off limits for dialing in). Closing ratio for the paid lead is 4,5, sometimes 6 sales per 20 leads worked about 90% of the time, surprisingly there is very little variance. Closing ratio on the free leads is only 1-2 sales per 20 leads worked. I hope it was ok to share this info with everyone. The correct phone number is 252-292-3350, not sure how that other junk was listed as my phone number. It is ok 2 leave a phone number isn't it? Seems this would make site better 4 all concerned.

Hello Everyone, I wanted to post about an agent that used to be a client of mine that i used to set FE appts for. His name is Jason Reinhardt. I have been having problems with him treating my life and the older man i take care of that i live with. I set good qualified appts for jason reinhardt and i was just sick and tired of always having to answer his calls late at night and he would always want me to read his appts to him,mean while i already email them to him. Now, let me ask you? Why would you waste someones time when they are trying to get other work done and you already sent them their leads and you can just read the email and print them out? Well i decided to drop him as my client because i shouldn't have to drop everything and call him when he wants to get a hold of me or leave me 13 voicemails. I set all of his appts for him of his first batch. He referred a friend of his that has a large agency and for me to set appts for him as well. (I can not say his name). Well for some reason i was unsuccessful in his area of location. So i was going to refund his $600 bucks.. but jason reinhardt called me and said that he would pay the guy he referred me to the $600 bucks and i would just set him (jason reinhardt) 22 FE appts. I have set 14 for him and i did not want to work with him anymore, Of my choice. I refunded the rest of the remainder of the appts i didnt set of a total of 8. He has been emailing me, calling my business line and treathing my life and saying he is a professional Fighter and he will come after me. He is trying to say that i owe him or the other guy $600 and i don't I have done my job and have not ripped anyone off. He is trying to say i stole their credit cards and so on. Well i have contacted my local police and filed a Police Report on Jason Reinhardt for all the treats of my life and telling me its a shame to look over my shoulder for the rest of my life. I am not scared of this guy. (#1 he shouldn't be a licensed insurance agent if he treats people that way). He is in business to help others. So i am guessing if a client changes plans with another agent or tells him NO they are not interested in his services, what is he going todo.. Beat them up? The police told me not to answer his calls and they said, to tell him that if he does show up at my home or finds out my home number they will be waiting for him to show up or get a warrent out on him. He is breaking the law of what he is doing.
Someone please tell what should i do or what can i do to get this guy off my back. He somehow is tracing my email address and is knowing who my clients are and they are far from him. I want to try everything in my power to take his career away and for him to lose his license as an insurance agent before someone else is in danger with this guy. He is not healthy and not right in the head. I can go on and on about this guy.. I have all the proof of all the appts i set for him and he is trying to say i only set 4 5 or 6 appts for him. He can't make up his mind of how many he thinks i set. I have all the emails of his treats of my life and the guy i take care of.
Anyone have advice? What would you do if you was in this type of matter?
P.S. Jason Reinhardt also said they he was going to give me a bad name all over the insurance forms. And i want to bring out the truth of my work and what he is trying todo.
This guy needs to be put in jail or lose his life and health insurance license.
