The first year in insurance is the hardest.
Congrats on making it 6 months so far, and already recruiting is even more impressive.
There seems to be 3-4 LH recruiters on here from California. How do you guys determine who gets somebody from the forum should they sign on with LH?

If you look closer you will see the informed opinions of agents who have been selling a variety of different lines of Life and Health Insurance for eons longer than the grifters at your upline. Many of these guys sell FE exclusively, having been burned by LH and others of us sell multiple lines. If I were you I would at the very least pay attention to a good portion of it. The odds are you will be singing the same tune in the future.

You can get good training if you have the right manager.

Gordon is correct, I contract people for my team only from eastern NC and eastern Va. Hands-on approach, heat of the battle type training is what's needed to be able to do FE tele-sales successfully. (Field sales too).

If you are in Ca. you'll need to contact the Regional VP for Ca.

If you've only been there 6mos, how do u know u wont be let go right before the vesting period begins? Hmmm! I started with NO EXP 12mos ago & got a higher comp then you & vesting from DAY 1, not 2yrs later. Plus all 6 LH policies Ive come across, Ive replaced, saving the client $$$ or giving them much more coverage for the same price....Im not talking $5 less either, $20-30/mo less! Being my avg prem is about $55, thats HUGE!!

But if u think u got a "solid" offer, hey more power to you, good luck....hopefully (for you) u dont sell in my area!

No, you are just willfully blind. I wrote for LH for over 2 years. I believed much of the nonsense that you spout out now too. Difference is that I could see what was going on and bailed. I probably didn't write for them for 2 years but I was contracted for 2 years. They fell asleep at the switch and didn't rid of me before I was vested so they had to pay renewals until they fell below $250 month. Then they stole them.

They are simply overpriced and the FCGS is mostly trickery. Easier underwriting to justify inflated pricing is simply a myth.

I think it had something to do with your managers, I haven't noticed anything fishy yet and believe me if I do, I'll bail

Huh? If someone hits 2 years during my 6 months then how is that a Mirage? I know it takes 2 years... I have not seen or heard of anyone being fired in my group yet.
