FE Telesales - Build a Platform for Success

Hi. My answers to your points in bold above....and I still love ya too...

I never said you were unsuccessful. You sound like you've had great success. And saying you have a year of FE tele-sales was not a cut on you, I was just stating a fact. You should be complimented as most agents don't make it that long....tele-sales or field sales.

I was just hoping you'd share with agents up here on the forum how you dealt with the objection I laid out. Doesn't matter if you've been doing FE tele-sales 4 days, 4 weeks, 4 months, or 4 years. We can all still learn something. I still love you too....but you're still a NY schmuck...lol.

SO. how to overcome the banking info reluctance... etc

here is ,my ss overcome.
I was told never to give ,my social
"thanks for sharing that... of course many dont want to give your social... no problem. whats your social??.

The objection up above was for getting the bank info not the soc sec #. With Sr Life the soc sec # is not a necessity.

Anyway for the soc sec # objection since you've brought it up I would say: "and Ms. Betty what's your soc?" If she gives objection, reluctance, hesitation there is a good chance in 15 sec she'll be saying "let me talk to my children first, call me next month". That's a fish that wiggled off my hook never to be caught again.

So if there is a delay on her part stating her soc sec # I'm going to casually say "that's not a big deal Ms. Betty, I hear that every day. All carriers like to ask that question because it helps get the $$$ to the family a little faster when your time comes. The carrier has instructed us all to just type in '111-11-1111' to help our new customers feel more comfortable. Pretty good isn't it"?

Barry may need to get credit for starting a good post for FE tele-sales.

Then I carry on without skipping a beat.

With all the ridicule you've thrown my way this past year? Are you kidding me? LOL Just teasing with you. I wanted to hear feed back from other FE tele-sales trainers on how they handled it. It may take a few days for them to discover this post.

In the mean time why don't you ask your upline?

Real INDEPENDENT agents - some comments from last week:

B.E.: Thanks Barry I am thrilled to be a part of your awesome program!
I look forward to continuing working with you and helping you grow and expand the agent Co-op. It's been a very exciting and profitable week!
I look forward to this becoming the NEW NORMAL!
Total Sales and premiums...8 Sales/12 calls = $6,346 AP

V.K.: Very nice commercial. Very short and good message. No wonder the people, who call already know information about what exactly they are calling for. I totally agree with you on the buyer intent.

G.C.: These are the absolute best kinds of leads you can work on the phone because the people are calling us wanting the information ready to make a purchase in most cases.

B.E.: Super nice thing about this is like you said the people are contacting us wanting information and are serious buyers wanting us to help. You don't have to try to run somebody down that never wants to answer the phone...that doesn't trust you and sure don't want to talk to you anyway. That's a a shitty time-consuming frustrating lead source!

S.J.: Going on a break. These leads are good!
