How often are there immediate hang ups or no sound calls?
I don't know about DBGA experience with streaming versus Broadcast TV - but figure 30% of the calls don't make it past 30 seconds for whatever reason...

How often are there immediate hang ups or no sound calls?
I'm working the DBGA inbound TV leads now . I will share the good and bad for whoever is interested. It's a brand new program . It's changed since I stated about 6 months at least 5 times since I started. They removed the buffer, agents are charged for any lead even if the client calls and hangs up or if it is no sound. Unless the lead is over 85- or a client calls in for an agent they recently spoke with, no credit . Some people watch the ad on YouTube, Roku tv, sometimes it's on an aired T channel (not 100% if it's on a commercial channel or just the streaming TV services"
Most agents I talk to in the program, including myself, have had issues since the removal of any credit/ refund. The cost to acquire a sale continues to go up as lead costs rise and lead credit policies are eliminated.
I did write my biggest month ever, of 34K issue paid, With these leads on this platform. I know a producer who writes over 10k a week . Sometimes 20k weeks. It's insane. Certainly the highest intent lead I have worked.
I have tested other inbound leads and am still looking for other tv inbound lead sources. I will keep the community aware if I find anything else. Please let me know if you have any good Inbound TV FEX lead sources.
Yeah the same script. I use my own version. I believe that producer also buys and works more leads. Not 100% thoHey man, I am glad that you're doing well with DBGA.
2 questions for you.
1)The producer who's writing over 10 K a week, are you and him using the same script?
2) Does Digital BGA offer contracts with high first year commissions for experienced independent agents?
Yeah the same script. I use my own version. I believe that producer also buys and works more leads. Not 100% tho
2- I think DBGA offers higher contracts with proof. You'd have to talk with them. Most people start at 110% They have a great value tho.
HAH yes indeed. I'm really trying to optimize my R.O.I and work HIGH intent Final Expense leads. I truly enjoy helping people, it's a game changer at home with interested people.... Way better... that being said it still has its challenges.I'm glad you found your niche. I know we have spoken before about that.
Good on you!!
I really could not see myself going back Face to Face. I certainly though about it when I first started. There is just no way. Way too much potential selling over the phone. There was a guy on here 5 or 6 months ago with digital but was leaving to go f2f.He said he was doing $20k plus a month of business in the top 10% but after cost of leads and persistency he was only netting $4-$6K a month . He said he couldn't survive with a family at that wage.
Just to clarify, I am still with DBGA, and I think they have the best telesales platform out there. Their call in program is brand new. They are busting their tails getting this to work for everybody. I am sincerely trying to find other lead sources and compare. There is not a single other place I would even think of partnering with in the Final Expense Telesales Business. I want to make this 100% clear.
Gary, could that have been due to AEP. Now with AEP over have you reconsidered? No failure. We had over 45 agents taking calls - some closing over 33%. The BIG buyers of TV got jealous of my platform that empowered independent agents with 130% contracts who could now buy TV. This directly competed with their 25% agents that got the TV leads for free. Those F'ers.
So, they jacked up the prices at the supplier level and basically priced us out.
For example - they are paying $65/call NO buffer. An independent cannot live with no buffer. The supplier told me - I can sell you TV, but with a buffer for me to be whole with the no buffer guys - you need to pay $92.86/call. WHY? Because we bought a real over 30 second call only about 70% of the time - so...if they get $65 for no buffer (even a 1 sec call) then to be the same margin it's the $92 price for the buffer...
