Again, like I CLEARLY stated before, as long as the agent has no unsecured debt or owes money for leads, I have no problem releasing anyone. Thankfully, we rarely get asked for a release!

I would imagine that any agent who asks for a release from you, or David Duford, or Matt is probably an agent you would not want to keep around anyway. I have been very happy at 360 with both Matt and Brad.

I'm curious - why did you want a release in the first place? Seems you produce and grind, so it shouldn't be lack of training cuz you don't need it. So it's either extra Comp or lead help?

I suppose I should unsub this one too because I know the answer there also and I don't see any good for Chris coming out of this conversation in the long run.
Not business hurt but actual hurt. Some stuff is business some stuff is human interaction.
Just pointing out, FEX has a lot of really good guys too. Guys who don't go out of their way to make a name for themselves, and I know you know this Chris. Posts like the above hurt your friends like me and JD and Jose and the ones who are more anonymous as much as they do Scott and Travis.

Exactly lol. I dont use their scripts never have. So no training at all. They started this leader board. Scott asked me to do it. I said no. Travis called me and asked again. Said it would be good for other agents to see what can be done. Humbly at the time I was fexs number 1 agent and by far margin. I did the leader board. First month I put up 39k in 3 weeks while spending 10 days in Cancun. Travis questioned my numbers and accused me of lying infront of the entire group. His employee mark stover and Scott verified I wrote what I said. I'm independent. I was not there to do anything required like a leader board. Let alone to be questioned at all. I run my business. Travis runs a pirate ship well I'm peter pan. Not walking any plank. I come and go as I please. But then to make me look like a liar and not retract his comments when found out he was wrong. Which his ego couldnt ket him do. So I said I'm done. Get me off your leaderboard. The rule was if you didn't do the required leaderboard then no website. No calls. No chat and no rgi. Of course they allowed the rgi for me because number 1 agent overrides and all. So they took resources away from me that may help me write more business. I stayed for 10 more months and they never fixed it. So I finally asked for the release. I'm not staying with an imo that does not support their agents if they dont tow the line. Employees not independent.

I respect this and you are correct. If this ever came off as a bash fex agents my apologies. There are alot of really great guys on the fex team. Especially jose and jd and you for sure. Not alot of good guys in this industry but you gents are good people. This is a Scott and travis thing and how they treat their agents and captivate and controls their careers. Lie on their names and hinder thier careers if something doesnt go their way. I respect the loyalty to fex. That's everyone's choice. But you all know I was done dirty. And this has been going on for 3 yrs. Its time for it to finally be put in the past. And my treatment and needing to air it out to be corrected should be respected as well. It is truly sad I have to take this approach. But they had 3 yrs to prevent it. Truth is every agent should know this info anyway. Because it is wrong period. This just is what it is. You know.
