We are starting learn that what is said on the forum about releases by a couple of IMO's are inaccurate steatements at best, outright lies at worst.

Looks like as far as forum IMO's go, we are down to Matt Mungia at 360 and Todd. I assume Doug Massey is still ok, though he made a few posts recently that had me pause to scratch my head, so perhaps he should reaffirm that he still releases on request in the absence of debt.

Best we agents work together and share our experiences so that we all might know know who to trust.

I have interacted with Brad, Matt M, & Doug M on several occasions. All have shown the utmost respect & professionalism. I've always felt the intuition that they truly care about the agents.

Now, I don't really know Scott at all & one could say we don't get a long much on the forums, but regardless of that, I think we should still give Scott/FEX as an IMO the benefit of the doubt at least until we can hear their side of the story. Not saying anything about this agent, & again I have no dog in the fight. But just in fairness, I think that would be wise to hear both sides first.

I guess so. I don't know anything about them. I've seen the logo flying around here and there.

I have no idea what IMO I'm in but at least I don't have mandatory Kool aid calls and sales conventions.

I never asked. I was given good contracts with good carriers and a good upline. Aside from some fine print that would harm me, I'm not sure how the IMO itself matters.

Exactly lol. I dont use their scripts never have. So no training at all. They started this leader board. Scott asked me to do it. I said no. Travis called me and asked again. Said it would be good for other agents to see what can be done. Humbly at the time I was fexs number 1 agent and by far margin. I did the leader board. First month I put up 39k in 3 weeks while spending 10 days in Cancun. Travis questioned my numbers and accused me of lying infront of the entire group. His employee mark stover and Scott verified I wrote what I said. I'm independent. I was not there to do anything required like a leader board. Let alone to be questioned at all. I run my business. Travis runs a pirate ship well I'm peter pan. Not walking any plank. I come and go as I please. But then to make me look like a liar and not retract his comments when found out he was wrong. Which his ego couldnt ket him do. So I said I'm done. Get me off your leaderboard. The rule was if you didn't do the required leaderboard then no website. No calls. No chat and no rgi. Of course they allowed the rgi for me because number 1 agent overrides and all. So they took resources away from me that may help me write more business. I stayed for 10 more months and they never fixed it. So I finally asked for the release. I'm not staying with an imo that does not support their agents if they dont tow the line. Employees not independent.

You were their #1 agent and didn't use any of their special little training secrets? haha that's great.

39k in 3 weeks is awesome! My hat is off to you. Care to share some details? Leads worked, closing % of leads leads worked, closing % of sits, hours and days worked, rewriting lapses?, appointment setter used? etc.
