39k in 3 weeks is awesome! My hat is off to you. Care to share some details? Leads worked, closing % of leads leads worked, closing % of sits, hours and days worked, rewriting lapses?, appointment setter used? etc.

Lucked out and wrote 21k in one house on first Monday of the yr. Wrote 8 more that week 10k more next week and half before leaving for Cancun. Got stuck in Cancun for 10 days so didn't get back in time to go for more in the month.
