FEX VS Term &.IUL (Best Niche?)

It's truly not for everyone. Sometimes it takes a strong stomach lol.

But it's a steadily growing market. And many FE agents easily cross sell Medicare.


Correct and as I’ve said I focus on Medicare . But the avg fe agent won’t be long term successful in the mapd low income mkt because they truly dont understand the amount time and the # of calls you get daily . I might spend 3 hrs on the phone many days with duals/lis clients . Fe is basically sell and hear from the client every now and or If ever . To make mapd work you must reach out to the client by mail 4 times a yr and in person Or phone 1 time a yr . I understand why many fe agents shy away from low income mapd . You got to be ruthless on retention or it’s a crappy ins to sell .That said I really don’t want any more low income unless it’s a referral.
