Final Expense Companies With Best Commissions???

You are exactly correct. The company doesn't really know tgat the draft actually cleared when they pay. But agents who care about such stuff have a broke mentality. If they plan to live hand to mouth based on this weeks deposits very long they aren't goingvto make it.

You are exactly right. I should have mentioned I would much rather work with an agent who can wait on issue to get paid. Someone with a little money in the bank is better able to make decisions and won't write the sure fire cancel or NSF.

Americo Eagle Premier pays some extremely high commissions. Street is in the 125% ballpark. Also, you can get a 8% bonus every 6 months on top of that.

They also have an instant approval e-app & you get paid the SAME DAY you write one. You gotta admit that's pretty cool.

Underwriting is pretty lax. Immediate level coverage for Afib, chew&cigar is non tobacco, & no age restriction on diagnosis of diabetes. (Email me for a full underwriting cheat sheet).

Doesn't get much better than this!

Great point, and I think it's crucial for new agents to be paid on issue instead of draft. That way they can get paid right away. Thankfully, there's plenty of carriers right now that'll do that!
If you have business issued and drafted every week, after you get the first payment, it won't make any difference. Either way you are going to get a check e very week.. Payment after the draft clears would lessen the possibly of charge backs.

Sounds correct in theory but we all know these carriers never do what seems like common sense right under their nose.

They will wait until the draft date to pay the commission but not necessarily until the check has cleared. So more times than not you've had to not only wait a month to get paid but could still get a charge back because the check still hasn't cleared :/
