Final Expense Customer Service 2022

I have never signed a written contract with an IMO and I am sure FEX does not require one. However, an owner of the business can make the rules and also make exceptions to the rules as he pleases in the absence of a written contract. Therefore, I would be inclined to take the owner's word over that of a downline.

Which one? In the case of a partnership. Or if one overrules the other.

We have seen it here where one principle blocks a release because he got his panties twisted.

All you have to do is ask Mr. Burke to provide the contract that spells that language out in the captivity provisions and if not then his hands are tied and there's nothing he can do. I learn all sorts of tricks on here.
Ha! Yes I DO address that in my captivity contract. It says once you enter you can never leave. And even your grandchildren are on the hook to me! Cackle, cackle.

Look you can call us a prison if you want to. I don't care. If you want to have FE contracts all over we don't care and never have. But if you want us to train you, and put you on a lead program that makes no profit and is hugely expensive and time consuming to run then we have a handshake agreement that you are going to put ALL your FE contracts through us. It's the fairest deal in the biz.

A couple of you have mentioned that there were RGI vendors gave you access without putting all your contracts with them. Well duh! I hope you're smart enough to understand why they did that. And no we wouldn't do that to you.

I would have to think that we have just about the most content final expense agents in the industry. Many of them have been with us for years and years. You don't see many Final Expense IMO's with that type of a history or collection of great agents.

So call us anything you want. We will be fine.

There is not a thing wrong with that and you are being totally consistent with what you have said in the past. Don't guess I took you out of context after all. :)
