I think you’re missing the point if someone buys 100 leads and they don’t get 100 leads they should be refund appropriately. It’s like buying something at the store for $20 and you get a refund and they only give you 15 back.

Didn't miss the point. $10,000 will get you up to 150 Lives and 250 IVR's - if less than that - you get a credit - if more than - you pay extra . . .

Or - just buy the Lives in batches of 10 for $450 from a lead vendor . . . Fixed cost - no risk but no upside . . .

But we haven't ran 1 commercial yet - so, don't really know. Looks good on paper though
