Final Expense: LH Versus EFES

You would think with ALL that money Greg has earned he would have heard of TiVo by now. He still watches TV shows when they actually air comercials and all.

Keep recruiting the lost sheep Greg. I have to give you credit for one thing...I couldn't recruit anyone to sell a company that charges the client more than the other companies, pays the agent less than the other companies, charges as much as they do for average leads and well...all the rest that is well documented right on this forum.
How come you have been recruiting heavily here for several years but we have never seen one single post from one of your happy downline agents? EFES seems to have several. Where are yours.

This has been informative.

I may pick LH up as one of my GI options. Knowing that I will not get renewals. For one of those "nothing else available" deals.

But I have to say the ""Fact #4...This is the most important one...Be careful spouting out SLANDEROUS lies about LH or any other Co. as one of their attorneys make want to "chat" with you."" Is Primerica Wussy.

Both of these companies have issues in my opinion so make sure you are aware of them before you go with either of these companies. You may do OK with either of these but I can tell you I have worked with many agents from both of these companies that had very bad experiences with both. It you will take time and read the board you will see about all the issues here and know about them ahead of time. I do know some agents that have done well with efes but many more that did not like them.

Wow Jim! I'm not going to say this is the best post ever, but it is a vast improvement over your usual recruiting drivel. Thank you for contributing for once.

No need to contact me for contracting. Here is the info.

UHL will be releasing a new 100% GI Whole Life next month. Here's a brief summary of this exciting new opportunity.
• Issue Ages 45-75 (ANB)
• Graded Death Benefit 1st 3 Years
• Year 1 refund of premium plus 6%
• Year 2 refund of premium plus 12%
• Year 3 refund of premium plus 18%
• Immediate Full Benefit for Death By Accident
• Commission Charge Back for non-accidental death
Year 1 100%
Year 2 50%
The application must be witnessed by the agent. The agent must certify that the applicant is not confined to a hospital, nursing home, hospice, convalescent home or required home care, does not to the best of the agents knowledge have AIDS or be terminally ill.

Guarantee Issue sales will be limited to 25% of an agent's total production. Commissions will be the same as the Graded Benefit Term except there will be renewals.

Attached are the agent's guide and generic application.

This will be an outstanding addition to your portfolio.

May want to wait a month or so UHL is about to come out with a GI which is priced better than LH in most cases and commissions will be better in most cases as well.

We have the details of the new plan and compensation as well if anyone want to give me a call feel free.

I have seen the details of a new supposedly GI from an existing company, not saying it's the one you are refering to, and I am not impressed. First, it's not not really a GI. It has exceptions. Second, it's pricing is terrible. I didn't compare it to LH, but, I did compare it to MoO and it's more than double the price of MoO and MoO is a true GI. I don't believe LH pricing to be double that of MoO. This new product is more pricy than Presidential.
Third, the new deal is a 3 yr ROP in all cases, not just the younger ages. Fourth, the new one is 100% chargeback for death in the first year and 50% chargeback for death in the second year.

Who really wants to sell that kind of stuff?

I'm not pushing for LH, but, I do know for a fact that they do not chargeback earned commissions on their modified plans for death. during the first year or the second year.

Another issue is the limit of 25% of production of this product assuming it would be issued in my state it would be only the 2nd UHL product available to me and to be honest a GI product (which this isn't) would be of more interest that the MWL currently available since I have better companies for FE.

I still don't see the comparison of a glass of wine vs a glass of mud in your earlier post being explained. I call you out on your MIS-information, even defend EFES's leads, and you take it personally. Now you you want to attack me back with your childish gibberish.

We both talk for a living. Can't you do any better than this?

When you and I spoke on the phone last year I could easily size up your ability as an agent/mgr. as well as your maturity level. You didn't make a very strong impression. I'm not criticizing you, just making an observation.

Even with TiVo, Judge Judy just doesn't appeal to me. But to each his own.

You have your OPINION of LH and I have my 11 years of EXPERIENCE with LH. Now let's both stop arguing like school kids, OK?

Yes Greggy. You are a BIG DEAL with your LH phone room and all.
Sorry I didn't give you good phone. I didn't want to compete with your wanking on about yourself.

Hey go easy on Judge Judy....It gives me my weekly fill of idiots, I can't believe how many people would agree to arbitration on a television show.
