Final Expense: LH Versus EFES

Yes Greggy. You are a BIG DEAL with your LH phone room and all.
Sorry I didn't give you good phone. I didn't want to compete with your wanking on about yourself.

"Yes Greggy".....how mature you sound. You sound like a pissed off child who had their hand spanked. LOL!!!

And your grammar and spelling make you look so professional and credible.

But then again, Judge Judy is one of your favorite shows!!!
I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

Peace and Good Karma to you Newby.

I agree. That "GI" product doesn't sound attractive at all.
A 3 year waiting period is a tough sale even with good rates. With high rates and all those conditions it's pretty useless.

No need to contact me for contracting. Here is the info.

UHL will be releasing a new 100% GI Whole Life next month. Here's a brief summary of this exciting new opportunity.
• Issue Ages 45-75 (ANB)
• Graded Death Benefit 1st 3 Years
• Year 1 refund of premium plus 6%
• Year 2 refund of premium plus 12%
• Year 3 refund of premium plus 18%
• Immediate Full Benefit for Death By Accident
• Commission Charge Back for non-accidental death
Year 1 100%
Year 2 50%
The application must be witnessed by the agent. The agent must certify that the applicant is not confined to a hospital, nursing home, hospice, convalescent home or required home care, does not to the best of the agents knowledge have AIDS or be terminally ill.

Guarantee Issue sales will be limited to 25% of an agent's total production. Commissions will be the same as the Graded Benefit Term except there will be renewals.

Attached are the agent's guide and generic application.

This will be an outstanding addition to your portfolio.

This is a type of "Graded" Policy, not a "Guarantee Issue" Policy.

And the charge backs for years one and two for natural death will not help the agent at all.

Greggy! I've about had enough of you putting down the Judy!
Just because you are a big-time telemarketing, overpriced selling, agent renewal taking, Dwight Schrute look-a-like contest winning, whistling gawd danged big deal...that don't make you better than the Judy.

I write UHL.

However:The application must be witnessed by the agent. The agent must certify that the applicant is not confined to a hospital, nursing home, hospice, convalescent home or required home care, does not to the best of the agents knowledge have AIDS or be terminally ill. Commission Charge Back

Four issues for me.

Agreed
Agreed

This was more an answer to Jim's recruiting post that did not have anything to do with the thread.

On the other hand, I can contract you with them. j/k

JD,

I am not sure what your talking about either. This plan is cheaper for female NS than presidential in most cases. It is cheaper than LH in most cases. Any you seem to be comparing it to a product with Moo which can not even be sold by independent agents in the channel. When you look at the fact UHL will advance and at the commission levels they pay this is going to be very attractive to the independent agent. Our phones are going crazy about it now from agents and it can not even be sold yet.

Those won't be glad they knocked down the door when they get those 100% chargebacks and the 50% chargebacks. Nor is it GI. It has exceptions.

I will continue to send people to the toll free number for MoO because it's the right thing to do. People that have to have a GI policy have enough problems already without me trying to put them in a substandard policy.

And the fact that it is a 3 years instaed of a 2 year wait negates any small pricing advantage they may have over Presidential, which I don't sell anymore either because of the MoO product.

Nor is advancing an issue for me as I am as earned with all companies except one and I'm on a 6 month advance with them and moving it to a 3 month.

I heard all the hype about this product and then I saw the details. No thanks!

Jim, have all these agents that are buzzing your phone to actually take a look at this product. It is not the god send that you seem to think it is, In no way is it a true GI.

I agree about the GI.
Forethought Select is an example of a GI policy. Are you still alive? Fine sign here. Hospice is OK, aids OK, cancer OK. 1 year return of premium then 70% covered till 24th month when 100% kicks in. Very similar to a funeral Preneed policy.
That's GI.
