I've also had multiple claims with GI and walk away from many now. I've had around 4 with Gerber and 3 with Great western .If they have an oxygen tube in their nose i walk. Also as you've said Aig is a disaster with direct express . Most of mine didn't last 3 drafts . Honestly i'm down to only doing Gi with Great Western as its only a 9 month chargeback for death.
