Final Expense Selling Machine.Where Are The Referrals

I Have Been Selling Final Expense For Almost 9 Months And Have Had A Great And Rewarding Time Doing It. (i've Written Over 210,000 In Personal Production, 36k Which Was In My First Month In The Biz, And Have 16 Agents Under Me Currently Writing 70k Plus.) But I Would Like To Know What Is The Best Script For Getting Referrals?

I Typically Pull Out A Sheet And Have Them Starting Writing Down Names And Numbers When I'm Finishing Up The App. I Also Do The Triangle Where I Door Knock The Neighbors. I Would Like To Break Our Company Record Of 44k In One Month From A Single Agent And Know That This Is The Key And That I Am Capable.

Please Let Me Know What Has Worked The Best For You!

I don't think it is tasteful to show off how much money you made. But Congrats if you did truly sell that much. I would think that if you wrote this much you would not need to change anything, and should have a pretty decent referral system.

But I don't sell no where near as much as you, but why not just ask point blank after the sale, "is there anybody freinds or family that could benefit from my service?" And then tell them that all you would do is ask if they have a need, or would like a free policy review. Don't make it complicated, remember (K.I.S.S.) Keep It Simple Stupid.

I don't think anyloan2 needs any of our help. I don't write for him (I mostly write for RNA) but I know of him. His team is approaching 200k/Mo.

How much they are keeping on the books I have no idea but those numbers are HUGE regardless.

No wonder he only finds time to post 1-2 times a year.

I wanted to post a follow up since it has been so long since my last post. Last year my agency wrote $2.2 million in annualized premium (Final Expense) and we have grown another 49% this year. We did $331,000 in ap last month and are on pace to do well over $3 million in new business for the year. I hope all the people that have posted negative comments have had the same type of success. If not and need some guidance in final expense message me and we can talk.

I started on the bottom and have worked my way up into a management position and now run one of the fastest growing agencies for GM & Lincoln Heritage in the the nation.

Re: Final Expense Selling Machine...where Are The Referals

So, you feel comfortable with deception?

Agreed.

If you are saying you have to resort to lying to get referrals.......then quite frankly your story is horse-buckey.

It doesnt wash.......someone as prolific as you spout off to be would not have to ask such a childish, impish question.

Hi Anyloan2, congratulations on your success - it is inspiring. I just made a career move into Insurance and just passed my exam Friday (10/07/11). I want to specialize in final expense and would really appreciate some advice on how to proceed. Thanks for any help you can give. Sam

If you want to talk send me your contact info at [email protected].

Where do you live?

It's been quite awhile since my last post so I wanted to give a quick update.

My group wrote $3.3 Million in AP last year and growing( up another $1.1 Million from last yr, 50% Growth.

We just finished January with our biggest month ever $339k.....Not bad for only being in the biz for 46 months.

Nothing beats hard work and determination to be the best!! See your dreams and go get them!!
