Final Expense Telesales Tips - The Final Episode

Final Expense Telesales Tip:

Sales, in many ways, is the transferring of conviction from you, to the prospect.

As professionals, we must have confidence in our conviction.

This is where the sale takes place.

You gain this confidence by having a strategy on every call, following a script, and being prepared for natural sales resistance.

You gain conviction by seeing your process through successfully a number of times, believing in your product, and knowing that you are the best, most qualified individual to service this customer.

At the end of the call, when your deep conviction is stronger than the prospects apprehensions, you've made the sale.

When you realize Northstar is a well oiled machine that pumps out final expense you understand why it works well focused around one carrier.
Thanks man.

Most people will never understand.

We are not your typical insurance agency or IMO.

We actually run our business like a business.

Ramiz is correct in that rates matter much less in telesales. I've actually seen Your rates and your 20% more than AM AM regular as you have the Accidental rates built in. I guess that is a function of inbound calls and people shopping less.

What are the production requirements to be set up with Am Am for telesales?

Last time I checked with them years ago, they will only work with you for telesales if you have a call center set up like you have. Is this still the case?

Every policy that we write has every rider attached to it. We are more expensive than any other product on the market. But, in my opinion, its the best plan, with the best carrier, with the best agent, with the best agency.

You dont get the best for cheap.

Final Expense Telesales Tip (Easter Addition):

Leave the resurrection of life to a deity.

You are a sales person.

Stop trying to go back to old leads and trying reincarnate a level of interest.

Fresh leads and marketing is the lifeblood of this business, keep investing in yourself.

Treat every pitch with a "one call close mindset".

You either sell the deal on this one presentation, or you take the lead out back and put it out of its misery.

Happy Easter
