I cannot speak for JD, but I believe he was speaking in general terms. Everyone knows not all things apply to everybody. Comparatively speaking, JD is correct. On average, F2F agents have always outperformed telesales agents. Keywords: on average.
Every system is a failed business model until it is proven by the masses to be just as successful as that which already exists.

I don't know if he was meaning JD or not. But I can assure anyone worried about JD that he's not begging anyone for help getting into telesales. JD is sitting pretty well. A lot of newer agents with no cushion are scrambling to make sales over the phone. Some of the are already "telesales experts" if you can believe everything you read on Facebook. But JD is not in that category.

I remember that. You were completely outnumbered. I guess "unicorns" do exist more than people think!
