Wife Said she is willing to pay the bills around here for up to one year to support the idea and she is confident I can launch it, hence no life money in the 40K.
The brokerage isnt FL, its california. My current employer utilizes these boards so i used a name non californian.
Also in my slight favor is that California completely doesnt honor non competes, which means as many clients as I can pull way and as quick as I can, I make revenue on. I assume ahead of time he will get panic ridden and take me to arbitration as we have an arb agreement, and the legal fees associated with that may well be 3k or so, which was already added into the 40k.
