Thank you for the reply...the post should have been removed....the questions still exists is there a good final expense product that can be sold over the phone? Gerber is coming out with a great product and launching in some states but cannot be sold over the phone.. and the others I have found so far are just pure garbage...however I do have the market where my existing clients are looking for a policy for their parents.

Thanks

Can anyone be kindly to share information about selling final expense insurance by phone? Information about Senior life insurance company? Lincoln heritage life? Final expense telesales?
I do well selling final expense in the field. But I am looking forward to work from home. I know the final expense sales by phone work thru some agents. I just need to find someone who can share a great system on what companies to contract with, what lead systems to use. Thanks.

call or email me [email protected]/ 678-524-3107 laverne C

I'm beginning to think Georgia has more Life/Health agents per area than any other state. It seems like they are quite a few on the forum that are from GA.
As a result, FE mail returns stink, less than 1% in my experience.
You guys need to move!

You're right. The fact is that in Georgia there are NO licensing requirements for anyone to walk in off the street to any of a number of final expense phone rooms (that send mailings in GA) and start selling. A temporary license in Georgia has no background requirement and no education requirement. I believe it's still good for a full 90 days before attending the class.

I've seen three such phone rooms there.. lots of turnover but lots of new blood all the time. They can only sell IN the State of Georgia with their temporary licenses, so that's where they heavily market - constantly.

Re: Finding Info. on Selling Final Expense by Phone

I talked with a marketing person at Baltimore Life and she said you cannot sell Baltimore Life stictly over the phone. You have to meet with the prospect face to face first and then complete their Inspeed process which is over the phone.

Actually there is a background check for all applicants of a temporary license in the state of Georgia. They are fairly strict with the background check also. You must submit court documents and a written explanation of any charges you may have on your record. The initial temp license is good for 6 months and renewable every 3 months after up until 15 months.

Thanks for the clarification, so it's worse than I thought. It's not 90 days but 15 months they have have an un-trained person doing 100% prospecting within the borders of Georgia for life insurance. Nice..
