My angst continues to develop.

Integrity issues are now in play (mine is not being questioned......never has in this industry or another, and never will).


Its time to get out........now. May have to be in phases, but this cannot last. Also might be difficult, as my health issues have blitzkrieged my credit (I am a cancer survivor with yet another scare in 2011, yet another operation I wasn't insured for), maybe I'm stuck, maybe no one will take me.....I don't know, but something must give.

I've been stunned by how many people from this forum have contacted me, a former 22year mortgage industry vet doing only moderate FE production, about this topic, all well-intended. One particular CEO, a multimillionaire (I checked) spent an hour and a half on the phone with me, dispensing some very sage advice, soliciting nothing, recruiting nothing, expecting nothing, just being a goodfella.....very similar to the advice I have to downtroddens when I was a mortgage banker and encountered folk I couldn't help, but gave the best advice I could. Maybe there is a deity after all.

You gentlemen are truly a credit to your profession.
