For Those That Edit Html/php/java

I get stuck in notepad sometimes waiting for stuff to sync to netbeans. One of my servers has like 6000 files to sync each day, its not the fastest thing to do.

I don't think notepad has svn support last I checked, which is something I actually need now, sadly.
