Foreigners, Non Resident, Green Cards, Visas, Etc.

How does insurance work for people in this category? Not clear. ALSO, if somebody dies outside the U.S., how does this work, is a foreign death cert. required? Hmmmm.

I've had limited experience with this but from what I know, you can buy a policy with some companies without a social security number. It's the claim that will be the problem. I think they might not be able to verify a death certificate, would they?

There are companies that will let people use a tax ID number but i've never done that myself. Just checked into it.

Lots of companies require naturalization forms, etc. Just did a fe policy and lady got photos of passport, drivers license, ss card, etc
