Foresters Death Claim?

I'd help the family file a complaint with the State DOI, and send a copy of the complaint to Foresters.

Funny you mention writing a complaint to DOI...I just did that with a lady this week, who's Senior Life Agent mislead her, by selling her a policy that was a combination of final expense and accidental death...Funny thing was, he told her it was a straight whole life product that would pay the entire death benefit no matter the cause of death...Those Sneaky Senior Life agents..When will they learn to do the right thing???

Do all Kansas State grads exhibit your communication skills? Or do they just accept everyone?

On a side note, since you claim to be a financial advisor, what are you doing selling Final Expense Insurance? I've never known a successful financial advisor who sold FE. You are the 1st, congrats.

Funny you mention that...over the past 8 years, I probably lost 100K in earnings, because I did not have the proper Whole Life products for people not in perfect health...Thus I began getting into the Final Expense arena...I don't buy any leads, and mainly come across these clients from referrals, and my younger clients parents...

Also, you would be surprised at how some of these individuals have 100K or more in investable assets...It's nice to handle their retirement accounts in addition to providing Final Expense Coverage...

Congrats on working for a company who trains agents to mislead clients...

Be careful about your exposure to slander and misrepresentation. They are watching you right now very carefully. I'm not threatening you nor involved with this, just trying to help you. I'm not going to say anything else.

Like wise, be careful what you say about Kansas State University, and how you slander individuals...They are watching you very carefully. Also, I think there is still a voice message recorded of a Senior Life agent making misrepresentations floating around...reminds me of the Inside Editions reports of Banker's Life... I call it like I see it

One rogue agent does not mean that insurance co. encourages its agents to lie or mislead the prospect as you insinuate. All co.'s have a few bad apples.

You would be safe slandering the rogue agent. But when you slander the entire Co., as well it's entire sales force, well you're just hurting yourself. Word to the wise: BE CAREFUL.

I sat on a traing call with a Senior Life agent, and heard what he said to prospects...He claimed to be trained by the company...I know what I heard...And it was misleading to the prospects...Therefor I have been informed by my Legal Counsel, that I'm not slandering a company... Be careful InsuranceMan
