Just how fine a needle would you like to thread? That sounds ripe for being contested.

I doubt it matters. It seems pretty much all Foresters policies, er certificates, are ROP for the first 2 years.

Sometimes client will lie, a client wanted to lie on apptical about kidney dialysis, I thought what does he have to lose, only policy he can get approved is ROP first 2 years, if he gets himself approved for Foresters level he has ROP first 2 years at a lower premium.
