120-125%. Easy to get 130% and some at 135%. I'm sure Imo's at 155% plus

Street level is 115%...period. For anything above that you will have to fill out a Marketing plan and provide some proof of production. This is the way it is supposed to be anyway. I am strictly talking about the Living Promise, since this is the FE forum.
 
I try to strike the balance between the agency view and the agent view. Yes you can have an almost equal compensation level on Family benefit compared to other carriers but there's little to no room for downward hierarchy levels before you start shorting your agents.

So plenty of room if you only hire agents direct or want to build hierarchies at 5% spreads.

if you are offering training and leads and support, what advantage would it be to an agent to have more people in between? Just contract direct to them and have the agents contract direct to you. That's how they can offer s more competitive product is by not padding additional layers.
