You quoted where I said "that would kill the forum" and if you spent more than 15 seconds reading what I had referred to you'd see that in bold I was referring to deleting unwanted comments.

If you take issue with what Thad says, why don't you take it up with Thad?

I took the post as of lack of moderation of the board..you posted your response to "Wouldn't it be great if the forum hired a team of moderators..."....I think we do a good job....I try to read every new post....have a email that I get when new threads are started.....read and decide to delete or stay...then there are all the reported post because come on...I can not read every response.....

However you took it, that's not at all what I said.

I think this forum is moderated extremely well. Not surprisingly I don't always agree with things, but I think the moderators do a great job. Again, you quoted what I said and criticized my comment without actually reading what you where criticizing. I'm not expecting you to read every post, but if you're going to start picking at what I said, I don't think it's unreasonable to think you should at least bother to read it.

What other forums have is something like a flat charge to be a Jr VIP which allows you a link on your signature, if you want to have an offer, you must have a certain amount of posts and some forums charge a membership premium to advertise.

I don't care, why Thad are you speaking up now, why not last year?

To be clear I wasn't trying to bash the current moderators. I said it in the sense the forum would need an army of moderators to manage the FE threads, it was a slight joke really.

In no way could the moderators truly know the intent of a one liner or alike comments.

ITS not a joke.....we have always had a problem with fe agents.....what is their problem.....not like the other life agents ....or health agents.....sam has posted threads warning fe agents about posts......

Apparently my putting in bold the part I was emphasizing was pretty clear, but to help with how subtle it was I've taken the liberty of highlighting it in the image attached here as well.

I think if the forum moderators had the job of deleting all the not needed comments on this forum then it would kill it. Forums that delete content that goes off discussion have a short life expectancy.

we do what we can....and you also included the part of the post about hiring mod's....so I do read the posts that I pull.....why include that in you quote if you were trying to emphasize you point.......

Fair enough.

So get rid of signatures as a warning, or altogether, get rid of the PM function, or make it more strict to have the privilege of PM's

Make profiles public to members.

Just a thought.
