Fraud Alert- Daas Group/Rachel Estep

This is a warning to anyone who may be considering using or is currently using Daas Group/Rachel Estep out of Johnson City, TN for appointment setting services for final expense. I mailed them a check for $480.00 for appointment setting services and then decided not use them. I asked for a refund and was told by Rachel that she would mail it back to me but she has not done so. It has been almost 3 months. I did think it was strange that they did not accept credit cards or PayPal but I was referred to them from what I thought was a very reliable source. That source is a very popular direct mail vendor here on the forum who said they had been referring agents to this company for 20 years. Daas Group/Rachel Estep does not charge for appointments but bills the agent by the hour for the work they do. Considering how easily they took my money with no thought makes you wonder about the work they are doing for their current agents. Please beware of this company!!!!

Did you not read my post? Well maybe I need to put it in simpler terms for you to understand. I did see where you made the post at 3:19 am my time. Maybe you were tired or have been drinking?

1. I said fraud alert, I did not say fraud was committed against me. I consider what happened to me THEFT.

2. Did I say anything about a contract? No I didn't, I was told my money would be refunded which it hasn't.

3. If I was an agent paying someone by the hour on the honor system to set appointments and they were lying to other agents, keeping their money, I think I would want to know about that-ALERT!!!!!!!

Why don't you publicly name the high-profile endorser to put pressure on the appointment-setting crew to give you a refund?
