Funeral Homes

I need some help. This idea came up to me when I stopped by a local funeral home to pick up their price list on Saturday. The idea is I want to hang around outside in the parking lot and solicit FE business. You know approach and talk to people about it and hand them my business card and maybe get some sales this way. What do you think and ANY advice you can give as to the right way of doing this.

As I told you in another thread. You need to get with an IMO that offers training and leads. Emphasis on the training.

The LH people here have been trying to recruit you. I believe that you should seriously consider them.

Before you do that, you should consider a policy for yourself. I actually would enjoy seeing this, kind of sounds the recipe for one of those hidden camera shows. Maybe next you could set up a salad bar in the McDonalds parking lot? :nah:

Bla, Bla, Bla...whatever. I'm already doing it and I got 5 people who are interested and shceduled an appointment already.

Don't bite the hand that is giving you advice-since you obviously know it all. I have been following the threads for a while now and most of the people on the forum give solid advice and help. Many of them are generous with their time and answer pretty stupid questions because they were once in our place- at the beginning.

I've noticed you have been a member of this forum for quite a while now and it surprises me that many of the questions you are asking very elemental. Is this a test of our patience?

If you are comfortable approaching people in the parking lost of a funeral home- go for it. This is where buyers are doing their pre-need shopping. I don't think I would want to be there when there is a service going on- but that is just me.

I was going to suggest selling Amway products in the Wal Mart parking lot.
