Hi does anyone know if Gerber,Vantis or Kemper is available to write in NY State?

Vantis is currently and Gerber will be when the product launches. No go on Kemper.

Yes, the product will be in CA when it actually launches. Right now the best product would be Vantis until that happens.

Seems to be a few bucks more than vantis. Though vantis only goes to $20K.

I'm not so sure they are going to be available for CA, AR, or MT. The rest of the states will be available though.
