I got this email today from Pinnacle Financial Services.

Ø State Availability: Available in 50 states except Arkansas and Montana

Ø Provides Cash Value which can be used in an emergency.

Ø Can be sold over the phone up to 25K! - electronic signature is available

Ø 8% discount on premiums if client chooses EFT Payment

I went to their website and did not see any references to Gerber. Could be that they just started offering it.

Maybe this is the answer to all of the submission problems.

Does this mean that there are 52 states? I thought there were supposed to be 56.

That's exactly what it is. Gerber Guaranteed Issue Life. This is a new product. Check the other threads on this site. They are not easy to work with initially. First app takes 4 weeks or more. But they are the cheapest...
