This may have already been posted before, but if you have minimal skills but want quality, try Build a Website - Create a Blog - Squarespace
Watch the demo, and no cc up front for the trial. Looks pretty neat.
There's also a free one out there somewhere but I forgot the link. Al3 would know. ;-)
Just remember, you usually get what you pay for. SqareSpace is not rock-bottom cheap.

[edit] That was Build a Website - Create a Blog - Squarespace NOT "sparespace". Don't know how that happened. I assumed I spelled it wrong (doubtful) or GoDaddy is more clever than we thought.

That other website I mentioned is Wix Free Website Builder | Wix.com
It's probably FLASH so won't work with iPad etc.
